What Christianity is not....

1. Christianity is not about Christians. People are sinners, yet Jesus conquered sin on the cross for us. If you have walked away from Christianity because of people whom turned you away from God, I'd like to encourage you to follow Christ! Christianity is about Jesus!
2. Christianity is not about hate. If you've seen the anti abortion protester in your face in the name of Christ damning you to hell, you've seen people that are misguided. Jesus would say abortion was wrong, but He wouldn't push you away from Him, rather He would want you to feel invited to His love.
3. Christianity is not about polytheism, or better known as multiple "gods". No Jew whom has come to Christ would ever accept Jesus if they felt it meant accepting a new "God". Jesus and the Father are one, along with the Holy Spirit.
4. Christianity is not about all religions leading to the same path. Jesus wasn't a promoter of multiple religions for each persons "preference", and neither should you are be. Don't let the believers of this fool you, there is no way to the Father except through Jesus Christ. Jesus would not approve of His name being used in conection with such a movement.
5. The belief of the LDS church is not in line with biblical Christianity.
6. The beliefs of the Jehovah Witness's are not in line with biblical Christianity.
7. Christianity is not a works based religion. Good works come from a vibrant relationship with God, not the other way around.
8. Christianity is not about the anti-abortion movement. The abortion movement is a issue Christians care about, but it does not define what Christianity is.
9. Christianity is not related to a single "church." Christians are members of the Body of Christ which represents the entire globe of believers in Him. We are from many denominations and sects including believing Catholics of Jesus. Those groups are their to teach us to practice our faith, the object of the faith is the same however amongst countless denominations.
